Budget Analysis That Actually Makes Sense
Stop guessing where your money went. We'll show you how to track budget deviations and spot financial patterns before they become problems.
Start Your Journey
Learning That Fits Your Schedule
Running a business means your calendar's already packed. That's why we built our program around your life, not the other way around.
You'll get access to recorded sessions you can watch at midnight if that's when you have time. Live workshops happen twice a week at different times so you can catch at least one. And if you miss something? Everything stays in your account for a full year.
What You'll Learn Over Six Months
We break down budget deviation analysis into chunks that won't overwhelm you. Each month builds on the last, so you're never trying to learn everything at once.
Foundation Work
Setting up tracking systems that don't require a degree in accounting. We use spreadsheets you already know how to open.
Spotting Patterns
Learning to see where money actually goes versus where you thought it went. Most people are surprised by what they find here.
Reading Signals
Understanding which variances matter and which ones are just noise. Not every deviation needs your attention.
Taking Action
Creating response plans for common budget issues. You'll know what to do when numbers start drifting off course.
Making Forecasts
Using past data to predict future trends. It's not perfect, but it beats guessing based on how you feel that week.
Building Systems
Setting up ongoing processes so this becomes part of how you run things, not extra work you have to remember.
Meet Your Instructors
These are the people who'll be teaching you. They've all managed real budgets for real businesses and know what actually works outside of textbooks.
Tristan Pembroke
Spent twelve years fixing broken budgets for manufacturing companies across Victoria.
Saskia Lindqvist
Former CFO who now teaches small business owners how to read their numbers without panic.
Davide Moretti
Built forecasting models for retail chains before moving into education three years ago.
Callum Fitzpatrick
Runs the live workshops where you bring your actual budget problems and get real solutions.
Next Program Starts September 2025
We're opening enrollment for our autumn intake in July. The program runs for six months with ongoing support, so you'll be wrapping up just as we head into the busy end-of-year period.
Most participants spend about three hours per week on coursework. Some weeks are lighter, some heavier. It depends on how complex your budget situation is and how deep you want to go with the exercises.
Enrollment Opens
Sign up and get immediate access to prep materials so you can hit the ground running.
Program Begins
First live session happens the second week of September with foundation concepts.
Midpoint Check
One-on-one reviews to see how you're tracking and adjust if needed.
Program Completes
Final project reviews and certification. Access stays open for ongoing reference.
